The Curriculum Standards (2011 Edition) states in “Implementation Suggestions” that students have mastery of math and “should be based on understanding.” In order to help students to truly understand mathematics knowledge, teachers should also reveal the mathematical essence of knowledge and its embodied mathematical thinking. In the face of the new curriculum reform that is gradually becoming rationalized, how to develop mathematic thinking of students by focusing on the nature of mathematics and how to develop students’ mathematical thinking, while adhering to life, context and interest in primary mathematics classroom?
