程良焱语文名师工作室建立于2008年,主持人程良焱为湖北省武汉市江夏一中语文教师,湖北省特级教师,省、市“教育名师”;工作室成员主要为武汉地区语文教师。9年来,工作室围绕“学生语文积累和语文发展”、“以学生学习为中心构建语文有效课堂”、“语文课堂教学的三种课型”和“核心素养背景下学生语言和思维能力培养”等专题开展研究,展示主题报告和研究课20余场(节),发表论文30余篇,出版论著3部,开发语文教学资源4种。30名成员中,2人成长为湖北省特级教师,6人成长为武汉市学科带头人。

Among the 30 members, 2 have grown to be super-level teachers in Hubei Province and 6 have become subject leaders in Wuhan.
