要想把全电网实现信息共享的自动化系统变为现实,就要进行电力系统集成环境的基础建设。同时,信息是否安全,也对电力系统能否安全运行、稳定运行、经济运行、优质运行有着重要的影响。笔者对一体化电力系统进行介绍,并说明其特点;对包括信息的保密、完整和安全性在内的电力系统信息安全的相关内容进行了阐述;对包括防火墙技术和入侵检测系统等在内的常见安全技术进行介绍;同时对一体化系统中设计信息安全防护系统的原则与管理策略进行探讨。
In order to realize the automation of information sharing in the whole power grid, it is necessary to carry out the basic construction of the power system integration environment. The author introduces the integrated power system and describes its characteristics; including the confidentiality of information, integrity and security of the power system information security content are described; including firewall technology and intrusion detection systems, etc. Common security technology are introduced; at the same time, the principles and management strategies of designing information security system in integrated system are discussed.
