目的研究同源盒基因A7(homeobox protein hox-A7,HOXA7)mRNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达。方法收集20例口腔正常粘膜组织及42例OSCC组织,利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time quantitative program control register,Real-Time q PCR)检测HOXA7mRNA的相对表达情况。结果对比口腔黏膜组织,HOXA7mRNA在OSCC中高表达(z=-5.739,P<0.050),不同分化程度(z=-0.863,P<0.05),不同临床分期(z=-0.756,P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义。不同年龄(z=-0.619,P>0.05)、不同性别(z=-1.801,P>0.05),组间差异无统计学意义。结论 HOXA7mRNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达,并且与肿瘤分化和临床分期有关,HOXA7可能作为口腔癌治疗和口腔鳞癌早期诊断的潜在生物标记物。
Objective To study the expression of HOXA7 mRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods Twenty normal oral mucosa tissues and 42 OSCC tissues were collected. The relative expression of HOXA7 mRNA was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (Real-Time qPCR). Results Compared with oral mucosa, HOXA7 mRNA was highly expressed in OSCC (z = -5.739, P <0.05), with different clinical stages (z = -0.756, P < The difference between the groups was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between different groups (z = -0.619, P> 0.05) and gender (Z = -1.801, P> 0.05). Conclusions HOXA7 mRNA is overexpressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma and is related to tumor differentiation and clinical stage. HOXA7 may be used as a potential biomarker for early diagnosis of oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma.
