六月二十三日—二十八日,来自全院文献情报部门的八十余位代表荟集武汉,参加了中国科学院第五次图书馆学情报学科学讨论会,院出版图书情报委员会、武汉分院、院文献情报中心及各地区图书馆的负责同志出席了会议。 这次科学讨论会是为今年即将召开的全院第二次图书情报工作会议做理论准备的,共收到论文近一百篇。入选的论文和专题文章分别在科讨会上进行了交流。这次会议深入探讨的问题有以下五个方面: 一、中国科学院文献情报工作的体制、方向、任务 会议代表认为,中国科学院的整个文献情报体系,应该继续坚持“图书情报一体化”的体制。在领导方法和发展方向上,目前要加强集中管理与组织协调工作,发挥院中心和地区馆的指导作用,加强网络化建设,发挥群体优势,加强横向联系。在继续搞好文献工作的基础上,大力加强情报工作,开发信息资源,为科学研究服务。
From June 23 to June 28, more than 80 representatives from documentary and intelligence departments of the hospital gathered in Wuhan, attended the 5th LIS Science Symposium of the Library Science Institute, published the Library Information Commission, Wuhan branch, hospital information center and the district library responsible comrades attended the meeting. The scientific symposium was prepared theoretically for the upcoming second session of library and information work conference held this year, and received a total of nearly 100 papers. Selected papers and monographs were respectively exchanged at the symposium. The issues discussed in this conference are as follows: First, the system, direction and tasks of the Chinese Academy of Science's documentary intelligence work Delegates believe that the entire documentary information system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences should continue to adhere to the “integrated library and information” system. In the direction of leadership and development, it is necessary to strengthen centralized management and coordination of organizations, give play to the guiding role of the center and regional museums, strengthen the network construction, give play to the advantages of groups and strengthen horizontal ties. On the basis of continuing to do a good job in documentary work, we will vigorously step up intelligence work, develop information resources and serve scientific research.
