目的观察乌拉地尔对高血压急症的临床疗效。方法对已明确高血压急症者,给予乌拉地尔静脉注射,观察治疗前、后5min、15min、30min、60min、120min血压改变情况,并记录心率变化。结果静脉注射本药后5min,血压明显下降,30min达高峰,并保持稳定,用药后各时段与用药前相比,血压的变化均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乌拉地尔是一种安全有效的快速降压药。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of urapidil in hypertensive emergency. Methods The acute hypertensive patients were given intravenous injection of urapidil to observe the changes of blood pressure before 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes after treatment, and the changes of heart rate were recorded. Results After 5 minutes of intravenous injection, the blood pressure decreased significantly and peaked at 30 minutes. The blood pressure remained stable at each time point after treatment. The changes of blood pressure were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Urapidil is a safe and effective fast antihypertensive drug.
