建立了本实验室检测参数条件下大鼠闪光视诱发电位(FVEP)方法,并应用于42例慢性铅染毒大鼠FVEP研究。试验显示大鼠FVEP稳定,波形特征和人基本相似。染毒大鼠血铅及脑铅含量分别为281.1±10.4μg/L、86.3±11.5μg/L时,FVEP波形特征发生了显著改变,并具有剂量依赖关系。提示视觉诱发电位测定方法用于大鼠铅中毒的研究具有一定价值
The method of FVEP was established in our laboratory and was applied to investigate FVEP in 42 chronic lead-exposed rats. Experiments show that rats are stable FVEP, waveform characteristics and human similar. When exposed to 281.1 ± 10.4μg / L of blood lead and 86.3 ± 11.5μg / L of lead, the waveform characteristics of FVEP significantly changed in a dose-dependent manner. Tip visual evoked potential assay for the study of lead poisoning in rats has some value
