结合某铁路建设工程实例,从项目前期、工程设计等不同阶段投资控制存在的问题入手,提出限额设计、加强细部分析等有效投资控制的措施和方法;并提出在实际工作中还应该加强主动控制与被动控制的科学结合,从而保证项目投资的有效控制。
