随着经济的进步和网络技术的飞速发展,为迎合百姓对于知识的渴求,全国在各县市的图书馆已经开始陆续建立起各式各类的电子阅览室。电子阅览室是各读者对电子文献进行检索的重要场合,其在图书馆的重要性日益突显。但问题也逐步出现,当前各县级图书馆的大部分读者未掌握相关的检索技能,无法切实通过电子阅览找到自己想要的书籍,且自身对电子阅览没有一个较为科学、正确的认识,使得电子阅览室在很多地方仅仅成为了一个休闲的场所。本文主要根据县级图书馆的电子阅览室在发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案与合理建议,希望我们各县级图书馆电子阅览工作得到更好的发展。
With the economic progress and the rapid development of network technology, in order to meet the people’s thirst for knowledge, libraries in all counties and cities across the country have begun to set up various types of electronic reading rooms one after another. Electronic reading room is an important occasion for readers to retrieve electronic documents. Its importance in the library has become increasingly prominent. However, the problems are gradually emerging. At present, most readers of county-level libraries do not have the relevant retrieval skills and can not actually find the books they want through electronic reading, and do not have a more scientific and correct understanding of electronic readings. In many places, the electronic reading room has merely become a place for relaxation. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the electronic reading room of the county-level library and puts forward the corresponding solutions and reasonable suggestions. We hope that the electronic reading of our county-level libraries will get a better development.
