目的探讨责任制整体护理在呼吸内科的应用。方法选取2013年10月-2014年12月我院呼吸内科收治的100例患者,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,采用常规性的护理方法给予对照组患者进行护理,采用责任制整体护理措施给予观察组患者进行护理,将两组患者对不同护理方法的满意度以及对护理质量的评分情况进行分析对比。结果观察组患者采用责任制整体护理措施,患者对该护理方法的满意度为98.0%,对照组患者采用常规性护理方法,患者对该护理方法的满意度为86.0%,两组患者满意度对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者对病房管理、健康教育、基础护理以及危重症护理方面的评分明显要高于对照组患者的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规性护理方法相比,责任制整体护理在呼吸内科中的应用有更为显著的效果,能够缓解较为紧张的医患关系,提高护理质量以及患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing care in respiratory medicine. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine from October 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing method. Holistic nursing care measures were given to patients in the observation group for nursing care, the two groups of patients with different nursing methods of satisfaction and quality of care scores were analyzed and compared. Results The patients in the observation group were treated with the holistic nursing measures of responsibility system. The patients ’satisfaction with the nursing method was 98.0%. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods. The patients’ satisfaction with the nursing method was 86.0% (P <0.05). The scores of ward management, health education, basic nursing and critically ill patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing methods, the overall responsibility of the nursing in respiratory medicine has more significant effects, can ease the tension between the doctor-patient relationship, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction with the care.
