通过SEM、EDS和MLD-10型动载磨料磨损试验机研究了微量元素对高碳中锰钢组织和冲击磨损性能的影响,结果表明,微量元素能细化高碳中锰钢的组织,改善晶界碳化物的形态和分布状态,消除柱状晶和晶界磷化物,强化了晶界,使钢的冲击韧性、1J和4J冲击磨损条件下相对耐磨性分别提高 1倍、31%和 18%。
The effects of trace elements on the microstructure and impact wear properties of high carbon medium manganese steel were studied by SEM, EDS and MLD-10 dynamic abrasive wear tester. The results show that the trace elements can refine the microstructure of high carbon medium manganese steel and improve Grain boundary carbide shape and distribution of state, eliminating columnar and grain boundary phosphides, strengthening the grain boundary, the impact toughness of steel, 1J and 4J impact wear resistance relative wear resistance were increased by 1 times, 31% and 18 %.
