2004年8月18日,自治区新闻出版局在喀什市举办的第五期出版行业“三项学习教育”培训班结束了,来自巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、阿克苏地区、和田地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州的65名新闻出版局、期刊社、出版社、印刷厂、新华书店的有关人员参加了培训。至此,全疆已有496名出版行业的有关人员参加了培训,也由此拉开了第三阶段“三项学习教育”的序幕。第三阶段“三项学习教育”活动,主要任务是查摆出本单位所存在的问题,并积极拿出整改方案。通过学习,学员们普遍认为,首先,能集中一段时间静下心来接受“三个代表”重要思想、马克思主义新闻出版观、新闻出版职业精神职业道德的系统学习和教育,十分及时,也十分必要,这对于提高思想认识,打实理论基础,查摆行业问题,明辨是非,认清形势和任务,更好地指导和改进业务工作具有十分重要的作用。其次,在出版行业开
