近年来,随着国民经济的飞速发展,我国城市生活和工农业生产用水剧增。特别是沿海地区,由于水资源短缺,供水严重不足,已影响着这些地区的经济和社会发展。在国外的一些城市和地区,也存在着同样的水资源短缺问题。 作为解决这一问题的对策之一,日本提出了采用中水道系统。所谓中水,是对比于上水和下水而产生的,水质介于上水(自来水)和下水(污水)之间。中水系统称之为中水道。 中水道原水有经过适当处理的生活污水、工业废水、雨水、江河湖水以及海水等。特别是从建筑物内排放的各种生活污水。不象工业废水那样含有特殊的重金属,也不象取用自然
