就慢性支气管炎和支气管扩张患者痰液颜色与中性粒细胞炎症反应物,包括形成痰液绿色的绿过氧化特酶(MAO)水平的相关性进行了研究。 方法 经高分辨CT确诊的扭曲状或柱状支气管扩张患者14例,因吸烟引起慢性咳嗽、咳痰但不伴有支气管扩张的患者7例。2个月研究期内病情稳定。采取静脉血样每月1次,共4次,留取采血当天晨间4小时和第2~4次采血日前24小时痰液。痰液颜色根据标准色卡分为9级.0级为水样透明,8极为深绿色。MAO活性测定采用发光底物法。白细胞弹力酶的提纯和确定采用SDS丙烯酰胺琼酯电泳和免疫印迹法。并测定痰液、组织蛋白酶、白介素8(IL-8)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、α1抗胰蛋白酶和分泌型蛋白酶抑制剂(SLPI)等。 结果 支扩组的痰液颜色平均级数较高为4.8±0.2,而
The correlation between the sputum color of patients with chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis and the levels of neutrophil inflammatory responses, including the formation of green sputum green peroxidase (MAO), was studied. Methods Totally 14 patients with twisted or columnar bronchiectasis diagnosed by high resolution CT and 7 patients with chronic cough and sputum without bronchiectasis due to smoking were included. Results In the branch expansion group, the average color number of sputum was 4.8 ± 0.2
