由于政治传播使公众通过大众媒体获得大量的政治信息,从而对公众的政治心理产生作用,所以政治传播会对政府合法性水平产生重大影响。在中国管制性政治传播体制下形成了“俯视型”舆论监督机制,这对地方政府的合法性水平存在一定的消极影响,从而造成了不均衡的多层合法性结构。因此,研究如何完善政治传播体制和舆论监督机制,对地方政府形象的改善及和谐社会的建设都至关重要。
Political transmission can have a significant impact on the level of government legitimacy due to the fact that political communication has enabled the public to obtain a large amount of political information through the mass media and thereby exert a role in the political psychology of the public. Under the regulatory political communication system in China, a “top-down” public opinion supervision mechanism has been formed, which has a certain negative impact on the legitimacy of local governments, resulting in an uneven multi-layered legitimacy structure. Therefore, studying how to perfect the system of political communication and the supervision mechanism of public opinion is crucial to the improvement of the image of local government and the construction of a harmonious society.
