采用三维有限元分析程序,对混凝土简支箱梁桥实体建模,考虑车辆荷载作用的最不利荷载位置,分析研究了荷载偏心作用下混凝土垫层厚度以及横坡坡度变化对沥青铺装层与水泥混凝土垫层接触层间应力的分布规律。分析表明,随着垫层厚度以及横坡坡度增加,沥青铺装层内第一主应力、层间法向拉拔力、顺桥向及横桥向剪切应力均有所降低,但垫层最薄处厚度不宜低于3cm。考虑结构恒载因素,垫层厚度也不宜太大,建议对于混凝土简支箱梁桥三角垫层最小厚度设计值采用3~4cm,垫层横坡坡度范围宜采用2%~3%。
