目的探讨贵州省汉族人群ApoA5-1131T>C及56C>G两个位点基因型频率的分布及其基因多态性与血脂的相关性。方法检测283例健康人群的血脂水平,并采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测ApoA5-1131T>C及56C>G基因型。结果ApoA5-1131T>C位点各等位基因频率分别为T 63.4%、C 36.6%。其中C基因携带者(TC、CC)的TG明显高于非C携带者(TT),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而TC、LDL-C、HDL-C差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);56C>G存在CC、CG基因型,各等位基因频率为C 96.5%、G 3.5%,其与血脂之间差异均无统计学意义。结论人群ApoA5-1131T>C基因多态性与血浆TG水平增高有关。
Objective To investigate the distribution of genotype frequency of ApoA5-1131T> C and 56C> G in Guizhou Han population and its association with plasma lipids. Methods Serum lipids were measured in 283 healthy people and the ApoA5-1131T> C and 56C> G genotypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results The allele frequencies of ApoA5-1131T> C locus were T 63.4% and C 36.6%, respectively. The TG of C gene carriers (TC, CC) was significantly higher than that of non-C carriers (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in TC, LDL-C and HDL-C (P> 0.05). There were CC genotypes and CG genotypes in 56C> G genotypes. The frequencies of alleles were C 96.5% and G 3.5%, respectively. There was no significant difference between them in blood lipid levels. Conclusion The ApoA5-1131T> C polymorphism is associated with an increase in plasma TG levels.
