患者女,20岁,运动员,平素健康。1995年5月7日,在局麻下顺利接受重睑手术。木后随即用由青岛第五制药厂生产的硫酸西胺卡那霉素0.6g加生理盐水500ml静滴(约90滴/min)。5分钟后,患者全身不适,头痛,扼颈感,心慌,心前区不适,阵发性上腹及左髂腰部钝痛,恶心,呕吐。查体:面色苍白,皮肤湿,脉缓弱,血压未测,心率64次/min,律整,双肺呼吸音正常。拟诊低血糖虚脱、利多卡因特异性反应。未中断用药,仅减慢滴速。因上述反应无好转,续接10％葡萄糖液500ml、50％葡萄糖液40ml、维生素B_6200mg、10％氯化钾
