目的:通过观察姜黄素对脑缺血再灌注时脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)、亚硝酸盐、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响,探讨其对再灌注损伤保护作用的机制。方法:选用大鼠4血管结扎缺血再灌注模型(缺血30min,再灌注15min),用化学发光法测定大鼠脑组织中SOD的活性,用比色法测定MDA和亚硝酸盐的含量。姜黄素(20和40mg/kg)于缺血前30min腹腔注射给予。结果:缺血30min再灌注15min后,模型组的动物脑组织中MDA和亚硝酸盐的含量明显升高。姜黄素可抑制这种升高,且呈一定的剂量依赖关系。姜黄素还可使缺血再灌注时脑组织的SOD活性提高。结论:姜黄素对脑缺血再灌注的保护作用可能与其抑制自由基的生成和促进自由基的清除有关
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of curcumin on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), nitrite and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in cerebral tissue during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and the mechanism of its protective effect on reperfusion injury. Methods: The model of ischemia - reperfusion in rats with 4 - vessel occlusion was used to measure the activity of SOD in brain tissue of rats by chemiluminescence and the contents of MDA and nitrite were determined by colorimetry. Curcumin (20 and 40 mg / kg) was administered intraperitoneally 30 min prior to ischemia. Results: The content of MDA and nitrite in brain tissue of model group increased significantly after ischemia 30 min and reperfusion 15 min. Curcumin inhibited this increase, and showed a dose-dependent relationship. Curcumin can also increase the activity of SOD in brain tissue during ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion: The protective effect of curcumin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion may be related to inhibiting the formation of free radicals and promoting the clearance of free radicals
