今年 4月 2 8日 ,江泽民总书记在中国人民大学考察工作时 ,发表了关于哲学社会科学的重要讲话。江总书记的重要讲话 ,是新世纪我国哲学社会科学事业特别是高校哲学社会科学事业发展的纲领性文献。“讲话”发表后 ,在哲学社会科学界和高等教育界引起了巨大的反响。为了将学习“讲话”的活动推向深入 ,本刊编辑部邀请本校有关领导和多位专家、学者 ,就如何在教学、科研工作中贯彻落实“讲话”精神、促进公安社会科学的繁荣发展这一论题进行了笔谈。
