在分析我国电信服务业基本情况和市场竞争现状的基础上,通过论述世贸组织关于电信服务业的主要内容、加入世贸组织后电信服务市场的新格局、外资进入我国电信服务业的可能方式并对我国现有电信服务商进行SWOT分析,认清了加入世贸组织后我国电信服务业面临的新形势。最后,针对如何提高我国电信服务商的国际竞争力提出了具体对策。
On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of telecom service industry in our country and the status quo of market competition, this paper discusses the main contents of WTO about telecom service industry, the new pattern of telecom service market after joining WTO and the possible ways for foreign capital to enter telecom service industry in our country. China’s existing telecommunications service providers to carry out SWOT analysis, recognize the WTO accession to China’s telecommunications service industry is facing a new situation. Finally, we put forward specific countermeasures on how to improve the international competitiveness of our telecom service providers.
