针对连铸去毛刺机油缸活塞杆断裂现象,结合毛刺机本身的结构,工作原理及工艺特点,通过对毛刺机油缸的活塞杆进行受力分析,找出活塞杆断裂的根本原因,采取措施,彻底消除去毛刺机油缸活塞杆断裂的设备隐患,在此基础上,运用优化设计思想,从降低设备维护成本的角度出发提出今后整改的方向。
