随着互联网时代的发展,人们的交际途径与工作方式出现了巨大改变。通过互联网,人们可畅所欲言,利用多元化的方式阐述自己的意见与建议。各种声音的凝结建立起强大的信息网,尽管这为人类的生产生活创造了有利条件,但因法律监管不到位,信息网也会对人造成一定程度的伤害,甚至有人会借助网络对他人的民事权利进行肆意侵害,对公共秩序造成干扰。所以,法律人应重点关注如何对上述行为进行法律规制、如何追究侵权人的民事责任追究这两方面问题。
