企业文化建设是企业文化相关理念的形成、塑造、传播的过程。从营造浓厚的员工文化氛围、加强企业员工对企业文化的学习、建立符合企业实际的核心价值观以及提升企业文化品牌的认知度等4个方面分析了企业文化建设的实践探索。认为,企业文化建设是企业持续发展的重要手段,应努力探索企业文化建设新思路、新方法,以推动企业持续、健康发展。
Corporate culture is the formation of corporate culture-related concepts, shaping and dissemination of the process. This paper analyzes the practical exploration of corporate culture construction from four aspects: building a strong employee culture, strengthening employees’ learning of the corporate culture, establishing the core values in line with the actual conditions of the enterprise, and raising the awareness of the corporate culture brand. He believes that the building of enterprise culture is an important means of sustainable development of enterprises. Efforts should be made to explore new ideas and methods for building enterprise culture in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise.
