说实话,如果不是媒体把那场因为动用了2000多万元巨资,聘请了大牌明星,在一个小县城搞了一场沸沸扬扬的演出,许多人肯定不知道在中国辽阔的大地上还有一个叫做万源的县级市。现在不光中国人知道了这个城市人口只有5万人的小市,不少外国人通过互联网也了解了它。《中国青年报》用整版的篇幅报道了那场发生在其他地方可能视为很正常的演出过程,从而产生了政坛上一个特有的名词——“万源现象”。毫无疑问,万源出了名!遗憾的是它不是因为辉煌的业绩被人所知,而是因为奢侈和挥霍被当作反面典型。问题出在那场演出上。万源虽然不大,也并不起眼,但曾是革命根据地。红军时期徐向前、李先念等老一辈无产阶级革命家,曾在这里与国民党反动派进行过一场惨烈的战斗,最后以红军的胜利而告终。这场战斗在红四方面的历史上是浓重的一笔,可歌可泣。70年代后,执政在这块热土上的领导们要进行一次大规模的纪念活动。纪念活动包括北京人民大会堂座谈会、“重走红军路”旅游观光、万人签名暨街头群众文化宣传活动、70周年纪念大会等。其中最主要也是整个纪念活动的重头戏就是搞一场声势浩大的文艺演出。

During the Red Army, Xu Xiangqian and Li Xiannian, the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation, had a tragic battle with the Kuomintang reactionaries here and ended their victory with the Red Army. This battle is a heavy sum in the history of the Red Sox. After the 1970s, the leaders of the ruling party in this hot zone should carry out a large-scale commemorative event. Commemoration activities include the Beijing Great Hall of the People Symposium, “Red Star Road” travel and tourism, million signatures and street mass cultural activities, the 70th anniversary of the General Assembly and so on. One of the most important thing is the highlight of the entire commemorative event is to engage in a massive theatrical performances.
