Right now, the fight against atypical pneumonia (SARS) across the country has entered the final stage of tackling the problem. At this crucial moment, in addition to completely eliminating the SARS virus, the problem we are trying to solve is more importantly to solve the environment leading to the survival of this deadly virus. Therefore, we have been able to continuously hear or see such news these days: a universal action to control environmental sanitation in Guangdong; a fine of 200 yuan for those who spit in Dalian; and so on. This reminds us of the ancient Chinese idiom “remedial measures.” In all fairness, it is advisable to take remedial measures, whether because of subjective or objective reasons, because at least it can reduce unnecessary losses at least. On the contrary, it is not something that “remedial measures” can solve for certain things that we all know are bound to cause serious adverse consequences if done or not. For example, from a hygienic point of view, "it is a simple truth to wash your hands before and after meals. But how many of us do it? For example, almost everyone knows that spitting on others and the environment For example, we all know that if humans do not protect the environment, they will surely be subjected to environmental retaliation, but we can really from the Do you recognize this extremely simple truth in the depths of our souls? Have we really taken practical measures to protect the environment we live in? No, we do not.
