基于投影莫阿原理 ,考虑到传统投影莫阿测试系统结构难以达到均匀光照、机械结构相移速度慢且重复精度低的缺点 ,设计出一种新的投影莫阿三维轮廓投影成像测试系统。利用计算机实时控制亮灭三个光源实现相移 ,大大提高了系统测试速度 ,相移重复精度好。采用垂直投影 ,双电荷耦合器件 (CCD)倾斜成像机构 ,提高了光场的均匀性和可测物范围。该系统特点是测试速度快 (全场测量 :4s~ 8s)、相移精度高、测量面积大 (最大可为30 0mm× 30 0mm)、光强照明均匀 ,系统测量精度可达 40 μm。详细分析系统关键技术 ,并给出具体实验结果。结果表明系统的设计原理是成功的 ,为大面积物体三维轮廓快速测量提供了一种有意义的思路。
Based on the Moor principle of projection, a new projection Moa 3D profile projection imaging test system is designed considering the shortcomings of traditional projection Moa test system such as difficulty of achieving uniform illumination, slow phase shift of mechanical structure and low repetition accuracy. Real-time control of the computer light off the three light sources to achieve phase shift, greatly improving the system test speed, phase shift repeatability is good. The use of vertical projection, dual charge-coupled device (CCD) tilt imaging mechanism to improve the uniformity of the light field and measurable range. The system is characterized by fast test speed (4s ~ 8s), high phase shift accuracy and large measuring area (up to 30 0mm × 30 0mm). The light intensity is even and the system measurement accuracy is up to 40 μm. Detailed analysis of system key technologies, and gives the specific experimental results. The results show that the design principle of the system is successful, which provides a meaningful idea for rapid measurement of the three-dimensional profile of large area objects.
