中国生产空心砖的历史已有两千年多年,而现在人们只知实心砖,空心反成“帕来品”,推广应用难难难.西昌地处凉山州,地震多发山高陡,少数民族聚居地,发展一直较落后.西昌人民志气大,墙材改革快步跨,1993年全市空心化,西南地区第一家.回顾6年坎坷路,生产困难无坦途,推广应用更不易,经验教训介绍出:政府政策是基础,设计部门最关键,产品质量须保证,宣传鼓励走前面.
