随着能源消耗和环境污染的加剧,汽车轻量化被提上日程。为了研究AA5182-O铝合金的成形性能,进行了三组对比实验,研究了三个不同方向的性能。建立了盒形件冲压有限元模型,对三组不同的情况进行了有限元仿真。实验过程中的摩擦因数确定为0.06。结果表明:二次拉深可以很好地提高铝合金的成形性能,提高拉延深度,减缓成形件的破裂,减小零件的回弹。
With energy consumption and environmental pollution intensified, car lightweight was put on the agenda. In order to study the formability of AA5182-O aluminum alloy, three sets of comparative experiments were carried out to study the performance of three different directions. The stamping finite element model of the box was established, and the finite element simulation of three groups of different conditions was carried out. The friction coefficient during the experiment was determined as 0.06. The results show that the secondary drawing can improve the formability of the aluminum alloy, improve the drawing depth, reduce the cracking of the formed parts and reduce the springback of the parts.
