本文对30名不接触任何已知遗传毒物的健康男工的口腔颊粘膜上皮脱落细胞微核进行检测,并分析其影响因素,结果表明:吸烟可使颊粘膜上皮细胞微核率改变,呈一定的剂量──效应关系;年龄和饮酒对颊粘膜上皮细胞微孩率无明显影响。此外,相关分析显示颊粘膜上皮细胞微核率与外周血淋巴细胞微核率问呈极显著的相关。本文结果提示:颇粘膜上皮细胞微核试验可作为一种遗传损害,尤以口腔为靶器官的毒物的简便易行的监测法。
In this paper, 30 oral mucosal epithelial exfoliated cells micronuclei of healthy male workers who are not exposed to any known genetic toxins were tested and the influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that smoking could change the micronucleus rate of buccal mucosal epithelial cells, Dose-effect relationship; age and alcohol consumption had no significant effect on buccal epithelial cells. In addition, the correlation analysis showed that the frequency of micronuclei in buccal epithelial cells was significantly correlated with the frequency of micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Our results suggest that mucosal epithelial cell micronucleus test can be used as a simple and easy monitoring method for genetic damage, especially for oral target organ toxicants.
