教育理念的改变,教育对象的不同,给我们职业学校的教师提出了新问题——新理念下,教师应怎样适应这一变化?这就要求教师要在解决不同问题时从不同角度出发,以不同的身份出现。一、教师不仅是知识的传递者,更应是学生思想的引导者首先,教师要利用课堂教学这一最直接的知识传授途径,使学生全面、系统地掌握本专业所需要的文化知识和专业理论知识及职业技能,并且要尽可能地使学生学会如何将这些知识应用到工作实践和生活实际当中,做到学以致用,为学生今后的发展奠定坚实的理论知识基础。
