目的建立一种简单实用的同种大鼠心脏移植模型,以利于研究移植免疫的机制。方法SD鼠供心之无名动脉及肺动脉分别与Wistar受鼠右颈总动脉及颈外静脉端端吻合。结果正式心脏移植100例,手术成功率为83%。手术时间为(70±15)min,平均冷缺血时间为(45±15)min。手术主要并发症是麻醉意外、动脉吻合口出血和血栓形成、静脉吻合口狭窄、失血性休克。未作任何处理的移植心脏平均存活时间为(7.0±3.7)天,停跳移植心脏病理表现为急性排斥反应改变。结论同种大鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型是研究免疫移植机制的良好模型。
Objective To establish a simple and practical model of allograft rat heart transplantation in order to study the mechanism of transplantation immunity. Methods The anastomosed arteries and pulmonary arteries of SD rats were anastomosed with the right common carotid artery and external jugular vein of Wistar rats respectively. Results 100 cases of formal heart transplantation, the success rate was 83%. The operation time was (70 ± 15) min and the average cold ischemia time was (45 ± 15) min. The main complications of surgery are anesthetic accidents, anastomotic bleeding and thrombosis, venous anastomotic stenosis, hemorrhagic shock. The mean survival time of the untreated heart was (7.0 ± 3.7) days, and the cardiopulmonary pathology showed a change of acute rejection. Conclusion The same kind of rat cervical heterotopic heart transplantation model is a good model for studying immune graft mechanism.
