研究了反向方法在板料成形毛坯设计中的应用 ,提出了毛坯设计要与其它工艺和材料性能相结合的设计思想。对不同深度的方盒件进行了毛坯设计 ,和DYNAFORM软件的对比结果表明设计的毛坯是合理的。通过实例的研究 ,表明反向方法可以用于大型覆盖件的毛坯设计。
The application of the reverse method in the sheet metal blank design was studied. The design idea of the blank design was put forward in combination with other process and material properties. The blank design of square boxes with different depths is carried out. The comparison with DYNAFORM software shows that the blank design is reasonable. The case study shows that the reverse method can be applied to the blank design of large-scale cover.
