在我国刑事科学领域,刑事政策学正日益成为一门显学,但围绕刑事政策的一系列基本问题,学者们各执一辞,认识并不统一;在刑事政策的概念、刑事政策学的研究对象与范围、刑事政策与相邻学科的关系等问题上存在较大分歧。本文拟就概念争议问题作一探讨。
