[目的]探讨食管及贲门各级病变组织中APC蛋白的表达情况及其意义。[方法]采用组织病理学方法和免疫组化ABC法分析30例食管癌和38例贲门癌组织及癌旁上皮组织中APC蛋白的表达情况。[结果]食管癌组织中APC蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于各癌前病变组织(P<0.05);食管上皮从正常→基底细胞过度增生→不典型增生→食管癌,APC蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐升高(χ2=19.085,P=0.000)。贲门癌及癌前病变组织中APC蛋白的阳性率均高于正常组织(P<0.05);贲门上皮组织从正常→肠上皮化生→不典型增生→贲门癌,APC蛋白的阳性表达率差异显著(χ2=11.390,P=0.010)。食管癌中APC蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于贲门癌(P<0.015)。[结论]食管癌、贲门癌及其癌前病变组织中APC的蛋白表达阳性率均高于正常上皮组织,提示APC蛋白表达变化可能在食管癌和贲门癌癌变中起重要作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of APC protein in the diseased tissues of esophagus and cardia and its significance. [Methods] The APC protein expression in 30 cases of esophageal cancer and 38 cases of gastric cardia carcinoma and paraneoplastic epithelium was analyzed by histopathological method and immunohistochemical ABC method. [Results] The positive rate of APC protein expression in esophageal cancer was significantly higher than that in precancerous lesions (P <0.05). The positive rate of APC protein in esophageal epithelium from normal to basal cell hyperplasia to dysplasia to esophageal cancer Gradually increased (χ2 = 19.085, P = 0.000). The positive rates of APC protein in gastric cardia carcinoma and precancerous lesions were higher than those in normal tissue (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of APC protein in cardia epithelial tissue from normal to intestinal metaplasia to dysplasia to cardia cancer was significantly different (χ2 = 11.390, P = 0.010). The positive rate of APC protein in esophageal cancer was significantly higher than that in cardia (P <0.015). [Conclusion] The positive rate of APC protein in esophageal cancer, gastric cardia cancer and precancerous lesion tissues is higher than that in normal epithelial tissues, suggesting that APC protein expression may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of esophageal and cardiac cancer.
