本文对荆州地区农村中小学体育管理的现状进行了问卷调查，结果表明：荆州地区农村中小学体育管理的现状出现两级分化的局面，地区差异性较大。一方面，大多数学校体育管理的组织领导体制是健全的，亦能行使其职能，各项体育常规管理工作也基本上能落实；但另一方面，还有相当一部分学校体育管理工作处于无序状态，学校的各项体育工作带有较大的盲目性和随意性。
This paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the status quo of PE management in rural primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou. The results showed that there were two levels of differentiation in the status quo of PE management in rural primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou, and the regional differences were relatively large. On the one hand, most of the school sports management organization and leadership system is sound, but also to exercise its functions, the various sports management practices can basically be implemented; but on the other hand, there is a considerable part of the school sports management in disorder State, the school’s sports work with greater blindness and randomness.
