在合适的表面处理底层上进行TiN离子镀,不但可以提高复合涂层的耐磨耐蚀性,而且能够改善其与基体间的结合强度,本研究拓展了离子镀的应用领域。
TiN ion plating on the appropriate surface treatment substrate can not only improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the composite coating, but also improve the bonding strength between the substrate and the substrate. This research broadens the application fields of ion plating.
