云、贵、川三省档案工作协作会议于一九五八年十二月四、五两日在成都召开。参加会议的有:四川、云南、贵州省委、省人委办公厅的负责同志,秘书处、档案处的负责同志及有关同志,国家档案局洛风付局长出席并主持了这次会议。这次会议上,建立了云、贵、川三省在档案工作上的协作关系,商定于一九五九年第一季度在云南召开第二次协作会议。并讨论了如下几个问题:(一)党政档案行政管理机构、业务指导工作、档案馆合一的问题;(二)建立县的档案资料基地——档案舘的问题;(三)档
Cloud, Guizhou and Sichuan archives work collaboration meeting on December 4, 1958, May 5 held in Chengdu. Those attending the meeting were responsible comrades from Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province, Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Guizhou Provincial People’s Committee Office, responsible comrades from the archives office and relevant comrades, and Luo Fengfu, director of the State Archives Bureau, attended and presided over the meeting. At this meeting, the cooperative relations between the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan on archival work were established and the second coordination meeting was held in Yunnan in the first quarter of 1959. And discussed the following issues: (1) the issue of the party and government archives administrative organs, business guidance and the unity of archives; (2) the establishment of county archives bases - the problems of archives; and
