在100mm的正弦尺上利用弯板测量锥体长度较缩(40mm以下)的内锥体角度比较方便。如图1所示。自制的直角弯板尺寸为80×80×80mm,弯板厚度为10mm左右,在弯板的一个工作面的中间部位开两个长方孔,其尺寸如图2所示,在弯板的另一个工作面上,钻几个与正弦尺上的固定孔同样大小的孔,以便将弯板固定在正弦尺的适当位置,如图1所示。弯板的材料为灰口铸件,弯板直角误差
It is convenient to use the curved plate to measure the inner cone angle when the length of the cone is smaller (less than 40mm) on the sine of 100mm. As shown in Figure 1. The self-made rectangular bent plate is 80 × 80 × 80mm and the thickness of the bent plate is about 10mm. Two rectangular holes are formed in the middle of a working face of the bent plate. The dimensions are shown in Fig.2. On a work surface, drill several holes of the same size as the fixing holes on the sine ruler in order to secure the plate in place on the sine ruler, as shown in Figure 1.
