在成功举办了3届外国最佳邮票评选活动之后,中国人民对外友好协会、中华全国集邮联合会、国家邮政局邮票印制局将与《中华世界邮票目录》编委会今年再度联合主办“第4届最佳外国邮票评选括动”。北京市集邮协会、《集邮博览》杂志、《上海集邮》杂志、《天津集邮》杂志、《集邮报》、《收藏》杂志等单位将参与协办。组委会主任由陈昊苏、刘平源担任,副主任为常延廷、许孔让、王振宏、陈晓明、朱祖威。组委会办公室由朱祖威兼任,副主任由各协办单位负责人担任。
