众所周知,女子篮球队往往是一种在大学校园中特别常见的社团;就目前来看,其在初级中学的普及率还特别低。加之,当下的初中生通常抱有如下看法:篮球属于男生专属运动,如此便导致了诸多女生未加入到篮球运动中,部分初中未给予女子篮球队创建充分关注的局面出现。鉴于此,为了更好地引起人们对女子篮球队创建的重视,让更多优秀的初中女生加入到篮球运动中来,促进篮球运动在初中女生中的普及,本文以当前社会局势为立足点,提出了诸多切实可行的方法,希望可以有效地促进初中女子篮球队管理效率的提升。
