甜菊是原产于低纬度的短日照作物,在北方,长日照可使营养生长期延长,推迟开花,使种子不能成熟.但营养生长期的延长有利于增加叶片产量和含甙量.种植甜菊主要是供厂家从叶片中提取甜菊甙,所以,在北方何时收获的甜菊叶片含甙量最高,即甜菊叶片的工艺收获期,就是一个值得探讨的问题.
Stevia is a short-day crop native to low latitudes. In the north, long-day sunshine prolongs vegetative growth and postpones flowering, making seeds unable to mature. However, prolongation of vegetative growth is beneficial to increasing leaf yield and content of glucosides. Mainly for manufacturers to extract stevioside from the leaves, so when the harvest of stevia leaves in the north contains the highest amount of glycosides, that is, the harvest of stevia leaves, is a question worth exploring.
