In recent years, the rapid development of the market economy has promoted the influx of foreign funds into rural township enterprises in China. The use of foreign capital has, to a certain extent, eased the urgently needed funds for the production and development of township and village enterprises, promoted the transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises, improved the technological level and management quality of enterprises, and enhanced the competitiveness of market products. However, it should also be noted that due to the fact that the managerial staff of township and village enterprises in China are generally not very well-educated, their management quality and marketing ability are relatively low, they are not fully familiar with the laws and regulations of the country, they are not accustomed to acting in accordance with international practices, and are negotiating, signing, and managing.
