世界最出名的共享文件网络KaZaa每天都有400多万计算机用户在此进行文件交换,每天交换的文件数量高达8.66亿多个。根据美国唱片工业协会报告(RIAA),音乐盗版给业界造成的损失,平均每个月高达25亿美元。因此唱片业一直呼吁立法制裁盗版行为。美国法院不久前作出判决,责令美国的大大小小ISP要详细记录涉嫌网上盗版人士的行为,向唱片业提供起诉盗版者的证据。其后又判决所谓P2P的网上“个人对个人”文件交换方式是合法的。后来的判决使高兴了没多久的唱片业十分恼火,指责让P2P形式合法化无疑是纵容网上盗版音乐的传播。但是法官认为,P2P虽然有助于音乐作品在
