患者,女,21岁。因右上腹持续性疼痛逐渐加剧,伴发热四天入院。查体:T38℃,P98次/分,中上腹、右上腹压痛(+),反跳痛(+),有腹膜刺激征,肝区叩痛明显,皮肤巩膜无黄染。核磁共振检查为:右肝叶血管瘤? B超检查:肝右前叶紧邻胆囊见大小约76mm×65mm回声不均质光团,轮廓尚清晰,内部回声较为杂乱,强弱不均,似呈分叶状。紧邻胆囊颈处见多枚小强光团伴淡声影。光团内偶见星点状彩色血流信号。胆囊大小约64mm×25mm,壁略增厚,内见

Next to the gallbladder neck see multiple small light group with light sound film. Light groups occasionally star shaped color flow signal.
