沈巷小学是一所乡村小学,学生大部分来自外省市。这些学生不熟悉周围的人文资源,对当地的文化认同度不高,很难融入当地生活。同时,沈巷本地学生对养育自己的这块土地也缺乏了解,对家乡缺乏热情。为此,我校积极挖掘泖峰地区的乡土文化内涵,充分利用当地体现民族精神的各种资源,精心设计和组织贴近学生生活的,内容鲜活、形式新颖、吸引力强的教育活动,让学生感受体验农村的巨变、农民生活的日新月异,进而培育他们对家乡的热爱、提升他们的民族自尊和文化自信。梳理乡土文化,提炼育人价值地域乡土文化是民族文化的重要构成元素,培养学生的乡土情
Shen Lane Primary School is a rural primary school, most of the students from other provinces and cities.
