我们在贯徹以铁代钢扩大球墨铸铁(以下简称球铁)应用范围的试验研究工作中,针对目前我厂弹簧材料供应上的紧张情况,对部分压力弹簧零件进行了球铁代用的试验。开始时曾有人怀疑过用球铁制造弹簧的可能性,但是通过几个月的试验,初步证明了用球铁制造弹簧是可能的,现在把试验过程与初步结果列述于下:
In the course of carrying out the experimental research on expanding the scope of application of ductile iron (hereinafter referred to as ductile iron) of iron-based steel, we conducted the test of substitution of ductile iron for some of the pressure spring parts in light of the current tension situation in the supply of spring materials in our factory. Initially there was doubt about the possibility of making a spring from ductile iron but it was initially proved possible to manufacture the spring from ductile iron through several months of testing. Now, the experimental process and preliminary results are listed below:
