目前,我县绝大部分机车都安装使用了锯末纸浆机油滤芯,一年为国家节约机油三百一十多吨,节约清洗用柴油三十九吨,并且减轻了零件磨损,延长了机车的使用寿命。下面谈谈我县在推广使用锯末纸浆机油滤芯工作中的体会。一、有部分机车,在换装锯末纸浆滤芯后机油压力较低,主要原因是: 1.在换装前,主油道、油底壳没清洗或清洗不彻底。这样,在工作中,机油中杂质堵塞了“滤芯”的空隙,影响了“滤芯”的通过性能,使机油压力降低。 2.“滤芯”受潮,锯末颗粒因吸水而发生膨胀,影响了通过性能。
