近三十年来,新技术革命突飞猛进,我国已步入了现代人力资源管理时代。随着知识经济时代的发展,全球经济一体化进程加快,国内外企业间的竞争日益激烈。在知识经济时代下,核心员工是企业价值的关键创造者。全方位的管好核心员工,企业就会发展壮大,就会在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文以核心员工的管理为重点,阐述核心员工管理的思路和方法。并结合实际,指出企业核心员工管理的问题和对策。
In the past three decades, the revolution in new technologies has been advancing by leaps and bounds. Our country has entered an era of modern human resources management.
