目的探讨体外反搏治疗(ECP)对冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者血脂水平的影响。方法 2010年4月至2012年4月期间,我院诊治的60例经皮冠脉介入治疗的冠心病患者,随机分为对照组(不参加运动训练)和观察组(进行体外反搏治疗),每组各30例,于术前、治疗8周后,对两组患者的血脂水平,进行检测和比较。结果治疗前,与对照组相比,观察组总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇,以及甘油三脂等血脂水平指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,与对照组相比,观察组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,以及甘油三酯水平明显降低,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高(P<0.05)。结论体外反搏治疗能够显著改善经皮冠脉介入术后冠心病患者的血脂水平,有利于患者的预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of ECP on blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods From April 2010 to April 2012, 60 patients with coronary artery disease treated by percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (no exercise training) and observation group (external counterpulsation treatment) Each group of 30 cases, preoperative and 8 weeks after treatment, the two groups of patients with lipid levels were tested and compared. Results Before treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride in the observation group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) compared with the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment Compared with the control group, the levels of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group decreased significantly, while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Extracorporeal counterpulsation therapy can significantly improve the level of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention, which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
